Meyertech is proud to have received the Security Equipment Approval Certificate for its FUSION Video Management Software from the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) of Dubai.

SIRA is a government agency that seeks to provide Dubai with the highest levels of safety and security through the implementation of international best practices in security systems, services and guards.

VideoGuard, a SIRA initiative, is a device used for connecting video surveillance systems to SIRA’s computer network, enabling SIRA, and government parties such as Dubai Police, to remotely monitor CCTV installations in Dubai.

The integration of VideoGuard is mandatory for security systems operating in specific sectors of Dubai, and it facilitates live video monitoring, alarm notifications and backup recordings.

By receiving SIRA approval, FUSION has been recognized as a solution that meets the high standards and requirements of the UAE authorities. The certification also enables the system integrators to obtain a VideoGuard connectivity certificate.
